4月13日，以馬內利教會在復活節前一週舉辦福音主日，透過詩歌敬拜、福音短劇和信息分享等形式，引領會眾省思愛的意義。雖然這次出席的新人不多，但宣教士們感到通過福音主日卻打開了一條更寬大的傳福音的道路。

這次福音主日的主題是「一堂愛的課」，旨在通過重新省思愛的意義，把人心再次指向愛我們的耶穌，正如約翰福音三16所說：「神愛世人，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的，不至滅亡，反得永生。」

宣教士分享到這次聚會很不一樣，每個人都得著恩典和感動。每位兄姊積極參與到短劇表演和見證的環節，同時也挑旺他們向他人傳福音的心。

此外，宣教士們見證禱告準備的重要性，並聖靈在人心中的工作。

最後，福音主日是邀請新人來教會的好方法。這次宣教士主動聯繫了很多人，有很久沒來教會的，有認識但沒有來過教會的，雖然這次只有少數人回應，但傳福音的路已經打開了，他們也能時常跟進。

Gospel Sunday Leads Congregation to Rethink the Meaning of Love

On April 13, Immanuel Church held a Gospel Sunday one week before the Easter, leading congregation to rethink the meaning of love through praise & worship, Gospel drama and message. Although there were not many newcomers joining this time, missionaries felt that a wider path for evangelism had been opened through Gospel Sunday.

The theme of this Gospel Sunday is “A Lesson of Love”, which aims to point people’s hearts back to Jesus who loves us, by rethinking the meaning of love, just as John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Missionary shared that this Gospel Sunday was very different and everyone received grace and was touched. Brothers and sisters actively participated in drama and testimony session, which also inspired them to preach the Gospel to others.

Additionally, missionaries testified the importance of prayer preparation and the work of the Holy Spirit in people’s hearts.

Finally, Gospel Sunday is a great way to invite new people to church. This time missionaries had reached out many people, some who had not been to church for a long time, and some who they knew but had never been to church. Although only a few people responded this time, the way to preach the Gospel has been opened, and they will follow up frequently.
