從3月24日開始的一週是「受難週」（Passion Week），是默想、紀念主耶穌基督為全人類所經受的苦難的時間。為此，以馬內利教會在昨日的主日崇拜上以「Only Jesus, No Other Name!」為題分享，引領會眾再思通過耶穌基督所啟示的神的驚人的愛，以及除了耶穌沒有賜下別的名可以得救。

宣教士分別以加拉太書一4和羅馬書四25來說明，全知全能的神以與世人所期盼的完全不一樣方式來拯救人，這是被隱藏起來的真理，但通過耶穌基督完美地的活化在眾人的面前，藉著祂的犠牲「救我們脫離這罪惡的世代」，並給人打開了能夠回到天父那裏的生命的道路。

然而，這美麗的故事的背後也有著「不為人知的」很深的神的悲痛和眼淚，因此宣教士鼓勵會眾更深地思想這苦難的意義，好讓這愛的故事能夠進到大家的心裏，向著神更大地敞開心來得著更大的恩典。

聚會後會眾也一同歡迎一位初次來教會的新朋友，以及慶祝兩位姊妹的生日。

Immanuel Encourages to Meditate the Sufferings of Christ, Longing to Open Eyes to See Amazing Love of God

The Passion week starting on March 24, is a time to meditate and commemorate the sufferings of the Lord Jesus Christ for all mankind. Immanuel Church shared a message: “Only Jesus, No Other Name!” at yesterday’s Sunday service, leading congregation to rethink about the amazing love of God revealed through Jesus Christ, and only Jesus, there is no other name to be saved.

From Galatians 1:4 and Romans 4:25, missionary explained that the almighty God saves people in a completely different way from what the world expects. It is a hidden truth, but it is perfectly revealed through Jesus Christ. His sacrifice “saved us from this sinful age” and opened a way for people to return to the Heavenly Father.

However, behind this beautiful story there is also deep God’s sorrow and tears. Therefore, missionary encouraged congregation to think more deeply about the meaning of this suffering so that this story of love can enter everyone’s hearts. “As our heart are opened more to God, then we are able to receive greater grace in this precious period,” he added.

After the service, congregation also welcomed a new friend who came to the church for the first time and celebrated the birthday of two sisters.
